Arusha to Ngorongoro Crater Day Tour to Arusha

You will be picked up at your Arusha Accommodation in the morning after breakfast and proceed with a 3.5 hours drive to the Famous Ngorongoro Crater, Embark on a thrilling adventure by descending to the Ngorongoro Crater, renowned for its abundance of wildlife, including the famous Big 5. Enjoy a game drive within the crater and take in the stunning scenery while looking out for the various animal species that call the crater home. Arusha to Kilimanjaro Day trip - Marangu Route

After enjoying a filling breakfast, gear up for a thrilling adventure as you embark on a 2-hour drive to the Marangu gate, the starting point for your trek. From there, you will begin your ascent to Mandara hut, which is situated at an elevation of 2,700 meters above sea level. The hike to Mandara hut is relatively easy and takes about 3-4 hours, covering a distance of approximately 8 km.

As you hike, you will be surrounded by lush rainforests that are home to a variety of exotic flora and fauna, including monkeys, colobus, and birds such as turacos, hornbills, and sunbirds. You may also catch glimpses of Kilimanjaro's snowy peaks, which loom majestically in the distance. The hike to Mandara hut is a great way to kick off your Kilimanjaro trek and immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Tanzania.
