Ruckomechi Airstrip

Ruckomechi Airstrip is a bush airstrip serving Ruckomechi Camp, located in a private concession on the western boundary of Mana Pools National Park along the Zambezi River in northern Zimbabwe. The airstrip is primarily used by charter and scheduled safari flights bringing visitors to the camp and surrounding Mana Pools area.

Access

The camp is commonly accessed by light aircraft from Harare or Victoria Falls.

Some operators refer to the landing strip as Ruckomechi West Airstrip, while others use nearby Mana West Airstrip for camp transfers. Transfer times from the airstrip to camp are typically 20–30 minutes.
