There are two methods used for fishing, either casting lures to catch larger species like Nile perch and catfish, or using live bait like worms and termites to catch smaller species like Tiger fish. The fishing takes place along the Victoria Nile, with fishing spots including the rocky surfaces, the Devil's Cauldron at the bottom of the falls, and the river banks. Anglers are advised to bring their own equipment and exercise caution due to the presence of hippos and Nile crocodiles.
